Omnigym Seated Triceps Extension

The Omnigym Seated Triceps Extension is designed to develop triceps strength through a controlled isolated movement, targeting a major muscle group of the upper arm while supporting overall arm strength and elbow stability. Stronger triceps contribute to everyday pushing and lifting movements as well as sports performance. With adjustable loading from 5 to 50 kg in 2.5 kg increments, the machine allows users to progressively increase resistance as their strength develops.

Built for demanding commercial environments, the Seated Triceps Extension features a 190 kg equipment weight, steel construction, a stainless-steel movement arm, and 3-6 mm tube strengths, finished with zinc and powder coating and electropolishing. Its 145 × 134 × 121 cm footprint provides a stable training platform and can be combined with complementary Omnigym equipment for a comprehensive strength-training setup.
