Omnigym Seated Biceps Curl

The Omnigym Seated Biceps Curl is designed to strengthen the biceps through a controlled curling movement, supporting both everyday functional strength and sports performance. Stronger biceps contribute to lifting and carrying ability while also supporting shoulder stability during activities such as climbing, boxing, and basketball. With adjustable loading from 10 to 50 kg in 2.5 kg increments, it allows users to progressively increase resistance as their strength develops.

Built for demanding commercial environments, the Seated Biceps Curl features a 190 kg equipment weight, steel construction, a stainless-steel movement arm, and 3–6 mm tube strengths, finished with zinc and powder coating and electropolishing. Its 146 × 126 × 97 cm footprint provides a stable training platform and can be combined with complementary Omnigym equipment for a comprehensive strength-training setup.
