Omnigym Multi-Lift

The Omnigym Multi-Lift is a versatile strength-training machine designed to support compound lower-body and upper-body movements, including squats, lunges, shrugs, and more. Its adjustable resistance from 5 to 120 kg in 2.5 kg increments allows users to progressively develop strength and muscle mass while improving balance, coordination, and muscular endurance. The system can also be combined with complementary Omnigym equipment for a more comprehensive training setup.

Built for demanding commercial environments, the Multi-Lift features a 180 kg equipment weight, steel construction, a stainless-steel movement arm, and 3-6 mm tube strengths, finished with zinc and powder coating and electropolishing. Its compact vertical profile measures 206 × 132 × 65.5 cm, providing a stable and adaptable platform for a wide range of strength exercises.
