Omnigym Low Row

The Omnigym Low Row is designed to develop the back, biceps, and forearm muscles through a controlled horizontal pulling movement. By engaging the middle back and supporting upper-body pulling strength, it also helps improve posture, balance, and overall upper-body conditioning. With adjustable loading from 20 to 70 kg in 2.5 kg increments, it supports progressive training across a range of fitness levels and applications.

Built for demanding commercial environments, the Low Row features a 128 kg equipment weight, steel construction, a stainless-steel movement arm, and 3-6 mm tube strengths, finished with zinc and powder coating and electropolishing. Its 206 × 85 × 141 cm footprint provides a stable training platform, while the machine can be combined with complementary Omnigym equipment for a complete strength-training setup.
