The Omnigym Front Press is designed to strengthen the shoulders and upper arms through a controlled vertical pressing movement. It targets the major upper-body pressing muscles while supporting overall upper-body strength, stability, and mobility. With adjustable loading from 10 to 85 kg in 5 kg increments, it allows users to progressively increase resistance and develop strength over time.
Built for demanding commercial environments, the Front Press features a 232 kg equipment weight, steel construction, a stainless-steel movement arm, and 3–6 mm tube strengths, finished with zinc and powder coating and electropolishing. Its 235 × 93 × 141.3 cm footprint provides a stable training platform and can be combined with complementary Omnigym equipment for a comprehensive strength-training setup.
