Omnigym Biceps Curl

The Omnigym Seated Biceps Curl is designed to develop upper-arm mass and strength through a controlled curling movement that directly targets the biceps. Stronger biceps support pulling movements and everyday functional strength, while the adjustable resistance allows users to progressively increase training load. With loading from 12.5 to 82.5 kg in 2.5 kg increments, the machine accommodates a wide range of strength levels.

Built for demanding commercial environments, the Seated Biceps Curl features a 207 kg equipment weight, steel construction, a stainless-steel movement arm, and 3–6 mm tube strengths, finished with zinc and powder coating and electropolishing. Its 219.5 × 74 × 141.3 cm footprint provides a stable training platform and can be combined with complementary Omnigym equipment for a comprehensive strength-training setup.
