The NOHRD WallBars are a solid wood wall-mounted training station covering strength, mobility, flexibility, and bodyweight exercise - all in a unit that protrudes just 13 cm from the wall. Available in either 10 rungs (10 cm spacing) or 14 rungs (18 cm spacing), the 14-rung version offers a greater choice of grip heights and wider accessory compatibility. An integrated foldout bar at the top pulls out and clicks securely into place for pull-ups, chin-ups, and suspension training exercises, with a safety cord that automatically retracts when not in use.
Compatible with a range of optional NOHRD accessories - including the CombiTrainer, MultiAdapter, and incline bench - the WallBars can be expanded into a complete bodyweight and resistance training station. Crafted from solid wood in Germany with a curved silhouette, they are available across all NOHRD wood finishes and suitable for home, studio, hotel, and commercial gym environments.
