The NOHRD TriaTrainer is a compact, multi-function exercise bench that folds into three distinct positions, covering abdominal training, back extension, and a flat weight bench in a single unit. In its closed position it functions as an ab trainer, with a footrest adjustable across 15 positions to suit different leg lengths. Unfolded halfway, it becomes a back extension and glute trainer. Fully extended, it serves as a flat bench for free weight and barbell exercises. All of this in under one square meter of floor space.
The frame is handcrafted from solid wood in Germany, with padded lying and sitting surfaces available in either synthetic or genuine leather upholstery.
