The NOHRD StepTower is a complete, self-contained home gym designed for strength, cardio, mobility, and recovery training - all stored within one upright solid wood tower. The two removable side panels double as a padded workout bench and a step platform, adjustable to different heights for a wide range of exercises. Resistance bands can be attached via carabiner hooks to any side of the base.

Inside the tower, you'll find a full dumbbell set (4 pairs from 2.5 to 10 kg), four resistance tubes in varying tensions with solid wood handles, cork yoga blocks, a cork fascia roller, and a full-length cork exercise mat (180 × 60 cm). Everything stores neatly back inside when you're done.
