The NOHRD Fitness Wall Modules allow you to build and expand your training wall at your own pace - starting with what you need and adding more over time. Each module connects seamlessly to the next, creating a fully integrated, wall-mounted fitness station that takes up minimal floor space and suits any environment, from private homes and hotel fitness rooms to boutique studios and physiotherapy clinics.
The Main Frame + SwingBells is the starting point of any wall configuration. It houses a built-in 22" touchscreen with guided workouts, a daily streamed Workout-of-the-Day, interval training, and Bluetooth heart rate monitoring. A full set of 8 hand-stitched leather SwingBells is stored directly on the unit, ready for functional training at any time. An optional mini-bar fridge and drawers are available as add-ons. A 220V power connection is required.
The Cable Machine / Weight Plates (Pulley Module) integrates a built-in SlimBeam cable machine into your wall. A 3:1 ratio pulley system with electro-polished stainless steel bearing pulleys delivers smooth, durable cable pulls for single and double-arm exercises across all muscle groups. The height-adjustable butterfly can be set to any position for maximum exercise variety. The front panels feature a stainless steel finish and open easily for maintenance. Pull weight range: 1.65–25 kg at 3:1 ratio (optional 2:1 or 1:1 available). Total depth including butterfly: approx. 50 cm.
The Ski Erg delivers an intense full-body cardio workout by simulating the dynamic pulling motion of cross-country skiing. Based on an eddy current brake system with disc resistance, it engages the arms, shoulders, core, and legs simultaneously and integrates with the Main Frame touchscreen for guided sessions.
The WallBars add a sturdy bodyweight and mobility training station to your wall. Available in widths of 60–80 cm, it features up to 11 solid wood rungs of 38 mm diameter, suitable for stretching, hanging, pull-ups, and balance training. Max load: 50 kg.
The Shelves add practical storage and a clean aesthetic finish to your wall. Available in widths of 40–80 cm with 6 shelf spaces, they are ideal for storing training accessories, towels, water bottles, or decorative items - and for achieving a seamless, flush fit across the full wall installation.
All modules are built from real wood veneer, handcrafted in Germany, and available in Oak, Walnut, Cherry, Club, and Vintage finishes. Each module is sold individually - it is recommended to start with the Main Frame + SwingBells to access the full guided training system.
