BLACKROLL® MED FOAM ROLLER

The BLACKROLL® MED is 20% softer than the BLACKROLL® STANDARD, making it more suitable for people that can’t tolerate much pain or just need a less intense massage. Utilized more frequently in physiotherapy, rehabilitation and movements for injured athletes or the inactive elderly.
Please note: We recommend against doing balance exercises while standing on this roller. The BLACKROLL® MED is recommended for body weight only up to 75 kg. Heavier people can reinforce the roller with two BLACKROLL® MINIS.
