The BLACKROLL® GROOVE STANDARD has the same density level as the BLACKROLL® STANDARD, but it has a grooved surface. The additional grooves on the surface cause a low frequency vibration effect, making it ideal for warming up by increasing blood circulation and stimulating receptors.
