The BLACKROLL® BALL is available in two different sizes/diameter: 8cm or 12cm. The 8cm BALL is more suitable for point massage of smaller areas and deep muscles, like the chest, neck and shoulders. The 12cm BALL is less intense because of its larger diameter, which is more ideal for extremely painful and hardened areas, or for just larger areas of the body like the back.
