WaterRower

The WaterRower is a solid wood rowing machine built around a patented WaterFlywheel - a water tank that delivers smooth, self-regulating resistance mimicking the feel of rowing on open water. There are no buttons or resistance settings to adjust; the harder you row, the greater the resistance. The machine engages up to 84% of total muscle mass in a low-impact, joint-friendly full-body workout, making it suitable for all fitness levels from beginners to competitive athletes.

The frame is handcrafted from solid hardwood and finished with three coats of Danish oil for a warm, furniture-quality aesthetic. The seat glides silently along dual rails on eight polyurethane ball-bearing rollers, with adjustable footrests to suit different leg lengths. When not in use, the WaterRower stores vertically on its built-in wheels, taking up minimal floor space. The S4 Bluetooth performance monitor tracks stroke rate, 500m split time, calories, watts, distance, and time, and syncs with compatible apps including WaterRower Connect. Available in multiple solid wood finishes - Oak, Walnut, Cherry, and Club - and suitable for home, studio, hotel, and commercial fitness environments.
