Pilates & Rehab Summit 2022
Introducing Pilates & Rehab Summit 2022, a 2-day live experience designed to provide trainers, physiotherapists and pilates instructors with advanced knowledge on how to optimize rehab/prehab, using both Pilates Reformers and/or Matwork methods. During the seminar, you will be taught why, when and how to apply specific exercises in real case scenarios, whether the objective is injury prevention or to help make recovery faster and better after specific injuries.
Pilates & Summit 2022 will take place at Strovolos Cultural Center on 29-30 of October. Participants will get a certificate of attendance for each registered day.
Covid-19 update: Seminar will take place as planned. If it gets cancelled/postponed due to covid-19, we will fully refund all the participants. Please note that registrations is limited to 30 people.

Speaker
Michael King
Michael has been working with the Pilates technique for over 40 years. He originally worked with the technique as a dancer at the London School of Contemporary Dance. In 1982 he opened his own studio, Body Control, in connection with the newly formed Pineapple Dance Studios in Covent Garden London.
Two years later he was offered a position in Texas managing the Pilates studio at the Houston Ballet Company where he stayed until 1990. During this time sponsored by the Houston Ballet Michael travelled across the USA visiting and training at studios. In New York with Carla Trier and with Romana Kryzanowska at the original Pilates Studio in New York.
Michael also worked in the Voight Centre in LA for five years teaching fitness programs as as well as at many other Pilates Studios including Winsor Pilates in Los Angeles.
He moved back to Europe in 1995 where following a two year contract in Switzerland he returned to London. Michael was the founder and Director of the Pilates Institute UK until 2008 and has since been running his own training school Michael King Pilates
Michael ‘s reputation as a renowned presenter both in Fitness and Pilates has been established since 1980. His training programs are now taught in over 30 countries worldwide and has been instrumental in the development of national and international standards in recent years.
Till Lantzsch
Till Lantzsch is a German Physiotherapist and Sports Scientist from Konstanz, Germany. He is the owner of Fitness Private Areas where him and his team of therapists and trainers specialize in function restoration and functional rehabilitation, as well as helping people to develop a healthier lifestyle by connecting Therapy, Training and Nutrition. He also works for the International Olympic Committee (IOC), he is a Manual Therapist, a Specialist in removing scarfs and losen tight crosslinks, a BLACKROLL Master Trainer, a Flossing Specialist and a Functional Movement Coach. He believes that the best way to deliver results is based on simplicity: Educate people to move right, move better, move more and be healthy.
