Functional Training Expedition 2023. Reflections, growth and past achievements.
It is been a while since our last expedition but 2023 Functional Expedition is finally here! The Functional Training Expedition (FTE) is a two-day seminar that offers a blend of theoretical and practical courses.
The seminar is tailored to fitness professionals, trainers, strength and conditioning coaches, Pilates instructors, rehabilitation specialists, and physiotherapists, and features some of the leading speakers in the fitness industry. FTE 2023 will be held on April 1-2.
Attendees will receive a certificate of attendance upon completion of the seminar, based on their registration.
As we take a stroll down memory lane, how did the first year of our Functional Training Expedition look in comparison to now? How has it evolved and grown over the years? Let’s reflect on how it all started on the first expedition of the FTE and how is still improving until now.The FTE seminar is our most comprehensive and specialized offering, and it is considered by many to be one of the best in the world. 2015: Our first expedition took place for helping the world to be more functional.
2016: Realised that functional training could be used to create a better world and you experienced the feeling of being a part of something bigger.
2017: Discovered the immense impact you could have as a trainer, recognizing the power to change lives. It was a truly special year.
2018: Was the year that we made progress towards building a more functional society together.
2019: 5th year of hosting one of the biggest functional training expeditions. We are grateful for your support!
