What is your product warranty?
We have a limited product warranty for all products. Warranty period varies on each brand and depends on the manufacturer warranty policy. Some brands offer a 90 day warranty, some offer 1 year warranty, and some offer lifetime warranty. Check each product respectively for warranty details. If the products are damaged within the warranty period by excessive or inappropriate use then the warranty is no longer applicable.
PIS Fitness warranties the quality of our products against manufacturer’s defects for the period of 90 days. Product will, in most cases, be replaced in its entirety. PIS Fitness must be notified by an email at email@example.com or by phone at +35722252705 within 90 days of the customer receiving the product. Shipping and handling costs for the replacement will be covered by PIS Fitness.
What is your return policy?
You can return a product within 14 days of receiving it. Product has to be sealed in original packaging. Your account will be credited with the full amount paid and you could spend this amount to purchase any other product from our website. No refunds.
I am a gym/club owner and i want to order a lot of products. Can i get any discount?

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order up to 6 hours afrer placing it. You will be fully refunded (if charged) and your order will be canceled.
Where do you ship?
We ship all the products to Cyprus (Nicosia, Larnaca, Limassol, Paphos, Paralimni) and the majority of the products to Greece. We also ship a few products worldwide depending on the exclusivity of each brand in every different country. If you selected a product and no payment/shipping option is available then contact us to arrange shipping manually, if possible.
Will you provide me with a tracking number of the order?
We will provide you with a tracking number right after your order is shipped. If you havent received a tracking number of your order within 3 days of order placement, send us an email. We will send you the tracking number right away!
