You can also use a pilates chair by doing precise movements to maintain your balance and control, a reformer, which is a sliding platform with adjustable resistance, or a full / half Cadillac reformer, which is a larger machine with springs, bars, and other attachments. These pieces of equipment can provide additional challenges and support to help you progress in your Pilates practice.
